livra.ch is an internal e-commerce platform. We provide this platform to allow third-party sellers to sell, both professionals and individuals. Some products will be delivered by our personal logistics, service providers or partners. Some products are prohibited on our platform, namely as weapons, illicit products or prohibited by the law of the country. All sellers are required to give their exact coordinates and contacts. This will help resolve any issues that may arise on the sale of a product with the customers.

Method of payments

Our payment methods are by credit card, some in cash depending on the city of delivery, others by telephone or by post payment slip.

Bank data

livra.ch uses Stripe, postfinance, sumup as online payment service providers to process payments on behalf of livra.ch customers. All your personal data is protected and encrypted using a secure TSL server provided by Stripe Inc. The payment information you provide on the livra.ch site may be transmitted by our service providers in order to process your payment.

Destination of collected data

These may also be transmitted to our delivery service providers such as la poste.ch for the delivery of certain products.

Data retention period

The data is kept and used for a period in accordance with the legislation in force. Large amount of data can be deleted in order to free up data storage memory.
